Booking Process

  1. Please complete the form below to begin the booking process
  2. An automatic e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address. Please make sure that all the details of your booking are correct. Your booking is not yet confirmed at this point
  3. A follow up e-mail may be sent regarding tour availability
  4. An e-mail invoice will be sent to your e-mail address
  5. After completion of payment, a final confirmation e-mail will be sent including further details of the tour
 
Reservations can be made via the website up to two days in advance. For the following cases, please contact us by phone (+81-75-354-3636) or visit Kyoto Station Cycle Terminal:
  1. Bookings for the following day (bookings by phone are accepted until 15:00 the day before the tour)
  2. 13 or more participants
Due to the New Years’ holidays reservations for 31 December until 2 January cannot be accepted. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.
