By making a reservation, it is assumed customers have agreed to the following terms.
Please ensure you have read each item carefully.

Changes and cancellations

If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us by email or phone 3 days before the tour. A cancellation fee will be charged for later cancellations (see the cancellation policy, below). Please note that if you cancel during the tour, the tour fee will not be refunded.

Weather conditions

In case of rain, the cycling tour will continue with a raincoat (provided by us) or will be changed to a walking tour. Please note that the tour fee will not be refunded if it is canceled due to rain on the day of the tour.
In case of bad weather due to typhoon or other natural disaster, if the customer cancels the tour by 6pm the day before, we will give a full refund. If we cancel the tour in advance due to bad weather, we will notify you and give a full refund prior to the tour.

Children and cycling skills

For safety reasons, children participating in the tour must meet the following conditions.

1. Aged 10 years or older
2. Minumum height 110cm
3. Able to ride their own bicycle

If your child does not meet the requirements, the cycling tour will be changed to a walking tour or canceled. Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation in this case. In addition, all adults participating in the tour should be comfortable cycling on public roads.

Payment and cancellation charges

To confirm the reservation, the full amount of the tour fee must be paid in advance. Cancellation fees will be charged as a percentage of the total cost of the tour, as follows:
